NEAFS 2024 Annual Meeting

ANNUAL MEETING/WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
To qualify for Early Registration, a completed registration and full payment must be received no later than June 30th, 2024. If payment is not received by June 30th, 2024, then the registrant will be required to pay the regular registration cost. Both the registration form and payment are due by June 30th, 2024 to qualify for the lower registration cost.  Regular registration will be accepted from July 1st through September 30th, 2024. 

 

After this date, all registrations will be processed on-site and subject to an additional fee - see below.  Please note that if you register on-site, you will not receive a meeting booklet, meal or drink tickets and registration is only payable with credit card, cash or money order.  No checks will be accepted.  You will receive a copy of your registration form once submitted.

PAYMENT INFORMATION (in U.S. dollars)

Accepted forms of payment, during Online Registration only, are via PayPal (using the form below), check, or money order.  Purchase Orders or Vouchers are NOT accepted.  Payment via PayPal may be made on the NEAFS website until October 30th, 2024 (NEAFS Tax ID # 51-0213291).  A PayPal account is not necessary to use this feature - you can make a one-time credit card payment.  The PayPal receipt is the only confirmation of payment that you will receive if paying electronically, while handwritten receipts will be generated for those paying by check or money order.  IF PAYMENT IS MADE VIA CHECK OR MONEY ORDER A COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE AND THE PAYMENT MAILED TO Beth Saucier Goodspeed, NEAFS REGISTRATION, PO BOX 135, HAWTHORNE, NY 10532 AND POSTMARKED ACCORDINGLY.

WORKSHOPS

Workshop attendance requires an additional fee. Workshop(s) are not included with Annual Meeting Registration. Workshops are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. The Program Chair reserves the right to cancel any workshop if timely registrations are not received for the minimum number of participants. If a workshop is canceled, notification and full refunds will be made. You may not register for more than one workshop if the workshops are held during the same time frame.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

If you cancel your Workshop or Meeting Registration, your written, e-signed, and dated request must be emailed to the NEAFS Registration Chairperson at registration@neafs.org. If you cancel, your registration fees will be refunded, as follows: postmarked no later than July 1st, 2024, full refund, less $20 processing fee; postmarked between July 2nd - October 30th, 2024, 50% refund. No refund requests will be honored if postmarked after October 30th, 2024.

CERTIFICATES

Certificates are generated by the workshop instructors for workshop completion.  If  you require a certificate of attendance for the general sessions/meeting please contact the Registration Chair at registration@neafs.org.

LUNCHEON

Tickets for attendance to the Thursday's luncheon is included with FULL MEETING REGISTRATION ONLY. Daily registrants will be required to purchase tickets if they wish to attend.  Please indicate on your registration form if you will or will not be attending so we may provide an accurate headcount to the hotel. If attending the luncheon, your registration packet will include a luncheon ticket that must be presented to the Officials at the door for entry to the luncheon. If you have a food allergy, please inform the hotel staff directly.

OTHER INFORMATION

All fees are the responsibility of the registrant. Registrations are non-transferable.

*Conference Guest registrations are intended to allow spouses, partners and/or children (not employed in forensics) of Conference Attendees to participate  in educational activities, meals and social events during the conference.  This is not intended as an alternate method for registration.  Registering an individual who does not meet this criteria will result in the attendee being charged the full applicable registration fee(s).
