ANNUAL MEETING/WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
To qualify for Early Registration, a completed registration and full payment must be received no later than June 30th, 2026. If payment is not received by June 30th, 2026, then the registrant will be required to pay the regular registration cost. Both the registration form and payment are due by June 30th, 2026 to qualify for the lower registration cost.  Regular registration will be accepted from July 1st through September 15th, 2026. 

 

After this date, all registrations will be processed on-site and subject to an additional fee - see below.  Please note that if you register on-site, you will not receive a meeting booklet, meal or drink tickets and registration is only payable with credit card.  No checks, cash or money order will be accepted.  You will receive a copy of your registration form once submitted.

PAYMENT INFORMATION (in U.S. dollars)

Accepted forms of payment, during Online Registration only, are credit card via Stripe (using the form below), or check.  Purchase Orders or Vouchers are NOT accepted.  Credit card payments will be processed via Stripe under MAAFS (MAAFS Tax ID # 54-1055548).  A Stripe account is not necessary to use this feature - you can make a one-time credit card payment. During registration you will be offered the opportunity to request an invoice for a credit card payment if you do not wish to pay at the time of registration. If you select this option, you will receive an electronic invoice via email from Stripe within 2 weeks of submitting your registration. If your agency wishes to pay for multiple registrations at once, a group invoice can be provided. Please email Lori Seman, MAAFS Meeting Planning Committee Chair at maafsmtg@gmail.com with the list of individuals whose registrations should be included in the invoice and the name and email of the individual who will be completing the payment.  The Stripe receipt is the only confirmation of payment that you will receive if paying electronically, while an emailed invoice will be generated for those paying by check.  IF PAYMENT IS MADE VIA CHECK A COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE AND THE PAYMENT MAILED TO Lori Seman, MAAFS REGISTRATION, 4718 Woodlake Drive, Allison Park, PA 15222.

WORKSHOPS

Workshop attendance requires an additional fee. Workshop(s) are not included with Annual Meeting Registration. Workshops are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. The Program Chairs reserve the right to cancel any workshop if timely registrations are not received for the minimum number of participants. Workshop numbers will be evaluated in early August. If a workshop is canceled, notification and full refunds will be made. You may not register for more than one workshop if the workshops are held during the same time frame.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

If you cancel your Workshop or Meeting Registration, your written, e-signed, and dated request must be emailed to the MAAFS Meeting Planning Committee Chair at maafsmtg@gmail.com. If you cancel, your registration fees will be refunded, as follows: requested no later than June 30th, 2026, full refund, less $20 processing fee; requested between July 1st - September 15th, 2026, 50% refund. No refund requests will be honored if requested after September 15th, 2026.

CERTIFICATES

Certificates will be provided electronically for workshop completion and for the full meeting. All certificates will be sent within 2 weeks of the completion of the meeting.

MEALS

Breakfast is included for those attending events each day. Lunch on Monday and Tuesday are not provided with any workshop, but may be purchased as part of registration. These lunches will be buffet style with a menu to be selected by meeting staff.  A box lunch will be provided for NEAFS and MAAFS members (including student members) for Wednesday's business luncheon. Non-member attendees are welcome to purchase a lunch during registration. The Awards Luncheon on Thursday and the evening receptions on Wednesday and Thursday are open to all meeting attendees and included with registration. Add-on lunch pricing has been set at $19 to align with GSA per diem rates for Poconos, PA. Due to the requirement to provide accurate head-counts to the hotel, individuals who register after September 15th may not be provided or able to add-on meals.

OTHER INFORMATION

All fees are the responsibility of the registrant. Registrations are non-transferable.
