Exhibiting at NEAFS connects you to hundreds of Forensic Science practitioners from all disciplines, laboratory managers, students in undergrad and graduate programs, and educators. It is an excellent opportunity to network and engage with new and seasoned laboratory professionals, and support the advancement of scientific knowledge by spotlighting a new product or service!
 

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, a sponsorship is a great way to advertise your company during our Annual Meeting! (see below for details)

Standard Exhibitor Package - $1750​

​

Each standard exhibitor booth includes one 6’ by 2½’ exhibitor table and ~10’ x 10’ floor space for two representatives in our Exhibitor Hall. Company name and introduction, website address, acknowledgment, and a free half-page (6 ½” wide by 4” high) advertisement will be included in the Annual Meeting program booklet. A targeted leads list of all attendees of the 2026 Annual Meeting will be provided in the weeks following the meeting.

Also included are two vendor meeting registrations, Conference hotel room rates, and drink tickets*. Breakfast for all attendees will be provided each day in the Exhibitor Hall, and dinner/appetizers will be provided during the Annual Welcome Reception, Vendor Reception, and the President’s Reception. Light refreshments will provided during morning and afternoon session breaks.

Not included: electricity/gas/water, shipping/receiving, set-up/breakdown labor, booth cleaning/maintenance service, decorations, or workshop registrations. Maximum two representatives included with booth. Additional representative(s) must register for the Annual Meeting using the General Registration Form or purchase additional booths.

Sponsorship Levels

 

Sponsorships provide an enhanced opportunity to magnify your impact at the Annual Meeting! By sponsoring commodities such as a give away items with your logo, breakfast or snack breaks during the meeting, or a larger event such as the President’s Reception, your support and acknowledgement will have a lasting impact on attendees.

 

Additionally, If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, a sponsorship is a great way to advertise your company during our Annual Meeting! (The price of the booth will be removed if unable to attend in person, but you will still get applicable benefits!)

 

Please keep in mind that any contribution would be greatly appreciated and acknowledged!

 

*Exclusive sponsorships are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis while they last. Multiple companies may sponsor the same event. To be the exclusive sponsor of an event, please reach out to exhibits@neafs.org.

Bronze Level (Standard Booth + $250-$500)

Sponsorship goes towards giveaway items, raffle prizes, or scholarships for students! Exclusively sponsor a daily breakfast, or you can contribute to a larger event such as a coffee, snack, or evening session break!

 

  • A full-page (6 ½” wide by 9” high) advertisement in the annual meeting booklet

  • Company logo and hyperlink to website on NEAFS and MAAFS websites for 2027 Calendar year

  • Sponsorship level noted on name tags

  • Recognition of sponsored items during giveaway events (raffle prizes, gift cards, etc.) or sponsored event 

  • Display of Signs/logos during sponsored event

  • Opportunity to promote during exclusively sponsored breakfast

 

Silver Level (Standard Booth + $750-$1500)

Exclusively sponsor a coffee, snack, or evening session break! Or you can contribute to a larger event such as the Business or Awards Luncheon or Welcome Reception!

 

  • All Bronze Level benefits 

  • A full-page (6 1⁄2” wide by 9” high) advertisement in the annual meeting booklet 

  • Company logo and hyperlink to website on NEAFS and MAAFS websites during the 2027 Calendar year

  • Sponsorship level noted on name tags

  • Recognition of sponsored items during giveaway events (raffle prizes, gift cards, etc.) or sponsored event

  • Display of Signs/logos during sponsored event

  • Opportunity to promote during exclusively sponsored session breaks or lunches

 

Gold Level (Standard Booth + $2000-$3500)

Sponsor a larger event such as the Evening Dessert Session, Conference Entertainment, Conference Swag, or  drink tickets!

 

  • All Bronze and Silver Level benefits

  • Two consecutive full-page advertisements in the annual meeting booklet 

  • Display of Signs/logos during sponsored event

  • Display of logo on exclusively sponsored conference swag

  • Opportunity to promote during exclusively sponsored conference entertainment
      

Platinum Level (Standard Booth + $4000+)

Exclusively sponsor a larger event such as the Welcome Reception or Awards Luncheon or contribute to the President's Reception!

 

  • All Bronze, Silver, and Gold Level benefits

  • Larger exhibitor booth (up to 3 tables) with premium placement in the Vendor Hall

  • Up to 3 additional registrations (on top of the 2 included with the standard package)

  • A full-page advertisement in four issues of the NEAFS Newsletter

  • Display of Signs/logos during sponsored events

  • Opportunity to promote during exclusively sponsored Welcome Reception or President’s Luncheon

  • Longer time slot in the Vendor Spotlight

Advertising-Only Upgrades

If you are unable to attend the conference as an Exhibitor or become a Sponsor, the following advertisement-only options are available for the Annual Meeting Program Booklet or NEAFS Quarterly Newsletter:

 

  • One Half Page (6 ½” wide by 4” high): $100.00 
  • One Full Page (6 ½” wide by 9” high): $250.00 
  • Two Consecutive Full Pages (6 ½” wide by 9” high): $400.00
  • Back Page of the Annual Meeting Program Booklet (6 ½” wide by 9” high): $300.00 (if available) 

 

  • The advertisement fee for a full-page advertisement in four issues of the NEAFS Newsletter is $400. 

 

  • The advertisement fee for a one-time spotlight product advertisement of up to 3 full pages in one issue of the NEAFS Newsletter is $300.
