Application Process

If you will be paying using PayPal, you may download the appropriate application, complete it and submit it using the form below.  After submitting a new member application or a membership reinstatement application, please complete your application using the PayPal buttons.  Membership upgrades and Emeritus membership applications do not require a payment. 
 

If you will be paying by check or money order, you may download the appropriate application below, complete it and mail it to the address on the application along with your payment.

New Member

The NEAFS application must be submitted for
