NEAFS Annual Meeting


NEAFS is sponsoring a workshop: “Professional Ethics & Integrity Workshop"

The Instructor is John Collins, a former ASCLD Board Member and retired director of the Forensic Science Laboratory of the Michigan State Police. He teaches this two-day workshop for forensic professionals (see attachment). https://criticalvictories.com/about/

NEAFS has agreed to sponsor some of the cost of this program. The program fee is $100 for a NEAFS member and $155 for a non-NEAFS member. The fee includes the workshop and materials, breaks and lunch on site. Each attendee is responsible for their expenses related to travel and per diem. The workshop will be held at the Boston Police Patrolman’s (BPP) Union Hall located at 295 Freeport St, Boston, MA 02122. Seating is limited to 50 attendees.

Dates are: October 11th and 12th (Wednesday/Thursday).

Use the online form at www.criticalvictories.net/pei.html to request an invoice for the workshop. The deadline is September 20, 2017 (Wednesday). There is ample free parking at the Union Hall.

There are a few hotels in the area that offer government rates at less than $200/night with taxes.
