2008 NEAFS CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS

Thanks to you, on behalf of NEAFS, to all of those exhibitors who have shown their generous support in the past, and I would like to encourage others to participate as well, especially for our  33nd Annual Meeting.

Members, attendees, and past exhibitors have expressed that they particularly enjoy our breaks, Welcome Reception and President’s Reception.  NEAFS prides itself on being a meeting that includes vendors and exhibitors in our events and we’re genuinely glad that you participate in the social aspects of the meetings.  Although these breaks and receptions are much enjoyed, they are unfortunately a considerable cost.  Many NEAFS members attend the Annual Meeting at their own personal expense, as to not pass this cost on to our members we would appreciate any deferral of cost that you may offer.

Please keep in mind that if it is beyond your budget to sponsor an entire break, etc., any contribution would be greatly appreciated and acknowledged.

To further acknowledge our corporate sponsors for their generosity and continued support of our organization, four levels of sponsorship have been created (platinum, gold, silver and bronze).  This acknowledgement will include the sponsorship level on nametags, ribbons supplied at exhibit booths, and separate recognition in our annual meeting booklet.

$500.00				One-third morning or afternoon break (This includes a 1/3-page ad. An additional $200 for a full page ad. If also exhibiting, a full-page ad is included.) $750.00				One-half morning or afternoon break. (This includes a ½-page ad. An additional $100 to upgrade to a full page ad. If also exhibiting, a full-page ad is included.)
$1000.00				AV equipment for Scientific Session (This includes a 3/4-page ad. An additional $100 to upgrade to a full page ad. If also exhibiting, a full-page ad is included.)
